I'm a nurse practitioner, and I've been doing taxes for over 12 years. For a long time those were two separate worlds. Then I kept noticing the same thing: nurses, CNAs and NPs were getting the worst tax help of anybody I knew.
Travel nurses filing one state when they owed three. Agency workers shocked by a 1099 bill. NPs with a side practice and no idea what they could deduct. Everyone too tired after a 12 to sit in somebody's office.
