These terms apply to your use of meditaxx.com and the services of Medi Taxx LLC ("Medi Taxx," "we," "us"). By using our website or services, you agree to them.
Our services
We provide individual tax preparation and bookkeeping services online. Your engagement for a specific tax year is also governed by the engagement letter or agreement you sign with us.
Your responsibilities
You agree to give us complete and accurate information and documents. Your return is based on what you provide. You are responsible for reviewing your return before you sign it.
Fees
Tax preparation starts at $399, and your final fee depends on the forms and complexity of your return. We will tell you your fee before we file. If you choose to pay from your refund, third-party bank product fees may apply and will be disclosed before you agree.
SMS / text message terms
By opting in on our website forms, you agree to receive text messages from Medi Taxx LLC at the number you provided.
- Program: account and service notifications about your tax return, appointments, document requests and status updates. If you separately opt in, occasional tax tips and offers.
- Frequency: message frequency varies.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You'll get one confirmation text and no further messages.
- Help: reply HELP, or email [email protected].
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.

No guarantee of refund amount
We'll work to get you every credit and deduction you qualify for, but refund amounts and processing times are determined by tax law and the IRS, not by us.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the fees you paid us for the service at issue.

We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
